The only thing missing to create the perfect storm of Cerberus hate is the implication that Cerberus was somehow behind Mindoir. You know, to foster anti-alien sentiment or something.

Then colonist sole survivors could rage and rage and never stop.

TIM:  Shepard, I did what had to be done for the sake of yoomanity.  People need to wake up to the dangers that aliens pose to all humans.  You're angry about Mindoir?  Mindoir happens every day somewhere, just on a smaller scale, and will keep on happening until we take our rightful place in this galaxy.
