Tali'Zorah watched as Shepard plinked away at his omni-tool,
no doubt fiddling with the contrast settings.

"Sheppy, I'm going down to see Dr. Chakwas."
She sneezed, causing her entire body to shake.

Shepard looked up for half a second, then returned his gaze to the orange device.
"Uh-huh, see you later dear." He turned towards the fish tank and barely noticed as
Miss Zorah shook her head in slight bewilderment.

"I swear to my ancestors that if he's playing Starcraft with Garrus again..."

If ever there was a time of polarizing dichotomy,
of good and evil, of right and wrong, of light and dark,
this was not that time.

All were in perfect harmony, there were no transgressions against a fellow man.
Sin was unfathomable, and the only thing that could break such peace was a falle

"Hey Shepard." The hooded figure before him seemed to appear out of thin air.

"Jesus, Kasumi, you scared me." Without another word he pulled out his office chair
and resumed typing. Kasumi tilted her head with a mix of concern and curiosity.

She crossed her arms. "What are you doing?" Shepard continued to ignore her.

"Right then. You know I'll find out eventually." And with that she disappeared.

Sin was unfathomable, and the only thing that could break such peace was a fallen Angel.

The only thing that could redeem that fallen angel, was another angel.

"You're my angel Tali."

I dont' want to show a preview for my next Reckoning piece... i don't think that would be very appropriate... but if you guys want... would you be interested in getting a look at my latest piece? It's not Mass Effect related... but I DID design the character with some inspiration from Tali. I haven't been able to show anyone yet... and some opinions would be helpful.

I don't want to derail the thread or anything though. Just thought I'd ask.

Yeah, but I'm doing a full blown painting of her too. Still in the sketch phase... but if it's cool, I could use some opinions. Just a few. I don't want this getting off topic or anything.

Glad everyone liked it! It helped get me out of the funk I was in earlier, so kudos for the idea.

I've always liked the idea of them finding one the Voyager I and or II. Kind of surprised no one else has thought/done anything with the idea. The Voyager crafts, in my opinion, kind of put our greatest questions, into the form of a little golden record. That record resembles our want, our need, for understanding. To find out what our place is in the galaxy. 

Also, on the record there's a recording of a woman's thoughts. Thoughts of happiness, love us humans experience... and also the great tragedy and sadness we have endured as a species. The feeling of loneliness in the cosmos, and how we hope to find answers. 

Could picture Mordin making a machine, hooking it up to Samara, and her describing what she sees and feels.
