I hope it's going to be like TF2's Force a' Nature, I really do.
2 clips, which can be fired in extremely rapid succesion, recoil blasts enemies away and allows you to make triple jumps (Scout can already do double jumps).
So yeah, all of the above, except for the jumping bit. (Though seeing Tali do that would be epic beyond belief)

Additionally, Tali should get her ME1 arm back for the sake of this.

It would be so awesome if Tali could jump and then fire one clip into the ground and use the force to do a somersault over the enemy and then shoots them in mid-air with the second clip and lands on her feet afterwards.

I wouldn't stop getting eyegasms.
