Lets agree on this. What you posted isn't yours. You never claimed it was yours, however you didn't say "I didn't write this" either.

Again, i didn't say to give credit. Simply stating you found it somewhere and liked it would have been enough. The only end result here is that you wanted to pass it off as yours. Tell me this then, if i had not have brought this whole thing up, would you have been comfortable with people praising you for it, even though you didn't write it?
