It's not even a cerberus network DLC. It's a paid one and it won't just "pop up" you need to buy it first.

Yes AFTER you have bought them, and Kasumi is not available to buy yet.

Zaeed, Firewalker & Normandy Crash Site were Cerberus Network DLCs. This is a paid one, that's what I meant. And as I said it's not available to buy yet.

No I bought those on the CN, they showed up, was able to add poitns as well I think (and they can be bought off the CN to).  Also Kasumi isn't ont he 360 yet.

OK look at your registered game promotions. The free dlc have (Cerberus Network) next to their name like this:



And the "non cerberus network" dlc such as collector edition and paid dlc doesn't. That is what I meant. If it's not a free DLC it's not technically a Cerberus Network DLC.
