I've always thought he walks a bit awkwardly in ME1.

It's where Garrus's stick went....

No wonder Garrus is so angry. Shepard stole his stick.

I would take the ME1 walking over the limping ANY DAY.

He/She doesn't limp. Shephard walks with a swagger.

Ya, miranda thought it would be "cute" to give him a perma-errection. Told shep they couldn' shake the rigormortis out of the old trouser snaker. Shep failed biology, easy bluff.

Forget the limp, why does Shepard always stare down and off to the side?

He has cybernetic eyes and the terminals on the Normandy/scratches on walls and/or boxes are extremely interesting.

i know why... its because bioware was lazy and made you walk like joker so they wouldnt have to mocap another way to walk

at first I assumed it was because he'd been spaced and dead for two years and was a bit stiff... but then I noticed that Shepard has a tendency to stare at whatever you look at, so if you turn him around really fast he kind of lags and still tries to stare off to one side. if you turn him around, wait a few hundred milliseconds for him to straighten himself out and then move forward, he walks normally. weird, I know.

Shepard is a zombie. Zombies always have a limp or their head is all floppy cause they can't hold it up right.
Yup yup yup.

He's constipated.
I've played through four times now, and he hasn't been for a pooh once. And after Cerberus spent so much on those fancy toilets too.

I'd say, blowing up then being rebuilt has some side effects.
