So right now I am having trouble beating Jarvia. Here is my party make up
Hero (Warrior DPS)
Altair (tank)
Morrigan
Wynne
The major trouble I have are the archers that sit back and just peck at my party. I dont want to travel too far into the room because then a trap goes off. Any kind of tip or strat would be helpful.
Sorry but making the difficulty easier, playing on normal, does not count.

I simply had morrigan chain-cast that force field spell to lock Jarvia into place, while killing all the others.

i focused fire all characters on the nearest Jarvia/Assassin at the front of the room.
My main is a Bloodmage so I had infinite mana to heal though.

Shale - Stone Aura
Morrigan - Healer, Crowd Control (Glyph of Repulsion)
Leliana - Archer
Me - Rogue, dual wield.
I never lost enough health to need a pot.

With your particular party make-up, I'd recommend stalling Jarvia while everyone takes out the crew around her, then have everyone focus on Jarvia last. If you have spells that can limit her effectiveness (or take her out of the action) while Wynne heals and Morrigan works at range, your warriors will have time to hack up the others. If you ignore her support minions you may get overwhelmed.

I stayed near the door so that most of the goons near the back would'nt activate, and picked off most of them with my mages before going in.

Just click hold position, switch to bows and cast AoE spells over the center. If anyone gets close, switch to melee, then repeat.

I had Ice Storm by the time I did the Jarvia quest. I opened the battle with Ice Storm cast into the room before I even went forward to talk to Jarvia. I use this a lot. She has the forced dialogue with you and when that is done I back quickly out of the storm and use ranged attacks. Her goons are actually pretty weak. I had more trouble with the head Blood Mage in Denerim because Jarvia wants to melee so she is vulnerable to stunning and Cone of Cold.
