What does the PC have to do to get marriage between Anora/Alistair? I know you gotta get Al to the love area...but what else?

Just some points in Coercion to pass the persuade check.  Alistair can't be in the low hostile zone, but doesn't need to be in love or even in a romance with your PC.

Oh... can the PC kill both Loghain and Howe? That'd be epic especially I made this one a warrior

You don't want spoilers, do you?  Image IPB  But you will definitely meet both of them again.

Hey, I just made this because of this thread. It's too bad you can't use it unless you have DA on PC though.

When I went through as a common dwarf it dawned on me that all the characters mothers work the party rooms.

When I play the couslands, I usually try to make my male noble look like them. Since I'm white, I go with white (not racist or anything). I try to make him look like Fergus and Bryce, with the somewhat long hair and a little stubble.

Is this to marry him or be his lover at the Landsmeet? I think it needs to be maxed out. Mine always is by that point, even if my Cousland is always a warrior, cunning never hurt anyone. I always think that I won't make him king and then I do...so I max it out just in case.

I just made my dude and coincidentally I fit in with the family like a puzzle piece (the dude I use for my icon. Not bad. No?) Plus I thought I looked EXTREMELY young when I first started playing but it turns out, your supposed to be between 20-25 according to cannon (or so I've heard). So I just assume my guy is like 23 or something. You can RP whatever way you want, no ones stopping you. Maybe you character was adopted. Or maybe dady-o got around, it's up to you. And no, you're not weird. People who write overly sexual Naruto fanfictions are weird, beyong weird in fact.... lol.

This thread got me thinking about something..... there should be a Cousland party member in DA2 or the next expansion. Anyone agree? It'd be especially cool for all the Cousland wardens out there. As for if you weren't.... Bioware would make it interesting, they always do.

Cousland party members? That'd only be Fergus.... it'd be interesting if he'd be a Warden but he's gotta rebuild Highever and get remarried....

Anyone wish you could save the wife and kid? Man!

Why isn't there a mod for that? Just never go in the room and you don't have to see anything.

I had the opposite. My second character was a city elf. She looks so much like her cousin I though Bio was reading my slider settings and building the relatives on the fly. to match. Maybe someday...

There's a difference between 'you know we really don't look related' and 'how is it even possible for us to be related.' In most origins it's not insurmountable as you only see, at most, one parent but the Couslands have both.

Same thing happened to my CE. First time I made him, he had the reddish hair color exactly like Shiannis, and they both looked young too. Pretty cool actually.

With one of my other HFNs I made my character fair skinned with the cinnamon bun hairstyle and... apparently I was the spitting image of my mother. A bit of the wtf but I thought that maybe DA pulled a FO3 and adjusted character (I'd only done mage before so obviously I had no reference). Then I made another one for lulz and ended up with the Duncan paying Mama Cousland a little visit 2 decades ago... still looked like my mom (my characters tend to have similiar facial features) but with Duncan's skintone and hair colour. Woops.

you don't know how badly I want that texture mod -sobs-

FO3 had it ok when the dad changed to match the kid after you created it.

Once again my poor cousland hit the scrap bin.....funny thing, I have no problem making a dude.... but a woman....-headdesk-

Ok lets talk classes! Do you guys prefer warriors or rogues?

Warriors have the best armor, etc... but man is it frustrating never being to unlock chests! Whhhy are half the doors in Highever Castle locked?!

Yet another reason to get DA for PC!  Warrior + Lock Bash ftw.

If you don't mind RPing busting up 1/2 of your own castle that is...

They should have removed one parent from the Human Noble Origin in my opinion - since having both parents has led to these discussions -> Errr... I'm black, but my family is white?

In other origins it's much more believable.

Warrior for me!  Big armor, big weapon, what's not to like?

I leave the sneaking to Lel.
