Every time I start the toolset program I get this error message: "This application has failed to start because framework.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."
I've reinstalled it 3 times, including with reboots.
Any ideas how I can get this to work? Thank you!

Same problem, but I use XP32.
I reinstall toolset, and it works great, til I reboot.
Seems to occur after I update the server program SQL ? anyways, I have my PC set to download updates, and security patches auto, and when I reboot they get installed, so no way around this happening, and it happens each tiem I reload the toolset, and then restart.
