Yeah that's a good one....I also felt that way about the first Transporter.

Deflecting an RPG with a garbage can lid....
Parachuting out of a crop duster airplane and landing on a moving Semi Trailer

Whats bad about it?
I would say it works better as an adventure movie than a sci-fi movie.
Seriously watch "The Island" or something for comparison, that's a really bad movie.

Van Helsing was a bad movie I enjoyed too. You could tell the actors were struggling not to laugh as they pretended to play serious and dramatic roles in a film that was obviously just a big budget B movie with laughably bad CG.

you are missing my point...it's not great.  It was bad in terms of plot, some acting although some was good, some really random unexplainable things, but overall entertaining nontheless with some funny bits thrown in.  Bad but good.
True..The Island was bad but the thread title isn't "movies that are so bad they are bad"

People need to go back in time a bit... watch the original Death Race borderline porn with sly stallone and david carradine. That was pretty bad but a the french air force part was hilarious.

Dracula 2000 is another case of pure crap that gets better thanks to Slayer adding Bloodline.

But I digress; most of the cinema from Spain falls under this cathegory. Sometimes there are "rara avis" that are god films by themselves but...

Kull The Conqueror. Not only it is cheesy and bad movie, but also finnish language destroys it. No matter what, heroes name Kull turns in our head to kulli, which is a common finnish slang word for c*ck. Movie just become awkward unintentionally.

Since skyhawk21 mentioned Stallone, I have to say Cobra is one of his best "so bad it's good" movies.

I still love this movie, and it has some of the best stallone quotes:

Bomber:  Get back!  I got a bomb here!  I'll blow the whole place up!
Cobretti:  Go ahead.  I don't shop here.
