Someone quoted this and it seems to be true.
As an expiriment, I made a second Twitter account and tweeted over 20 responses per challenge.
No wins.

But my regular account did get a win tweeting only one per challenge.

go for it, at this point i'm kind of testing the token bid waters to see if everyone is now going all out crazy with 11k+ bids

Where did they say that? The official rules actually encourage you to post more. The rules say they will only choose one, they don't say that it's your last one.
