Re-reading the last post I made, I think I should make it clear that I really hold no ill-will or anger at anybody.

Disappointed, but I don't blame any body else for my own problems. As long as the point were gained legitimately that is. It's hard to tell that though, and nobody would own up to it if asked So I give all winners the benefit of the doubt. Unless they have won twice, that's just suspicious.

Is this directed at me, or in general?  Because I didn't cheat.  Sorry you didn't get the books, but quite frankly I just wanted to win something because the ones I wanted (Jade pack, video card) were now out of my range.  My tokens were gained only on these forums.

Lol. I can't imagine NOT being a part of this thread's community over the past three days. Not sure if I would've made it. But I still think the auction has been something really awesome. I don't know of any other companies to do this exact same thing before. Maybe it'll make a trend!

Anybody else find it ironic that people who are "wanting" a copy of the game already registered the game itself on the website? It's a good thing we can't give tokens to other people, already have a problem of dishonest practices with this promotion! lol

Honest and fun was the way I went. For me it was the auction that let me know that the forums existed and that the people on them have been fantastic. Over the years you visit some many forums and they all devolve so quickly that you get gun-shy trying others out. I am glad i stumbled onto this and onto a great community of fans and gamers.

Really? How do you know that? It seems rather unlikely they'd know about the free stuff or want it if that was the case.

they have no registered games no forum posts and look at activate dates and u can just google free contests
don't get me wrong im not saying fans of the game didnt create an acct. to do this that was kinda the point get the community involved but others......... i not saying im right just IMO

You might have a point. But some people who own the games might want copies for different systems or copies to give to friends.
