There's a distinction.  The illegal hack was when you embedded your link in a image in a certain way so that it got "clicked" on just by being viewed.

I clicked quote and that dog face came outta nowhere.  I just find it strange is all, you would think people would want to keep the cost down so they didn't have to burn all their points out in a blaze of glory for an inflatable sword. But if you've spent more than 5 minutes on this thread, you'd be hard pressed to see that there are NO true outside links.  Nope, not to the Kasumi DLC, not to Save the Children (or puppies, for that matter), nor to hail Satan. 

Just people trying to get a few more tokens so they don't feel 'd everytime the bid hits 10k the first 10 seconds.

You are certain that the 10 per click re-registers the next day? I mean have you done referrals on more than one day. I'm thinking that anyone that can gain at least 9k can win something. I'd love one of those comps. I wish they would have some kind of FORUM specific point contest. The Twitter thing is totally random. One guy won it six times, many people don't win it at all even if their responses are good.
