Yes, seeing Micro get those for less points than I had did just hurt pretty bad. But at least I have the fall back of knoing I won the Jade Empire pack. I'm sure it'll be a lot worse if you lose the laptop and then have nothing left to bid on. How many points do you have anyways?

Be happy with the jade pack man, it's some good stuff.

Yeah, it was my initial back-up if I missed the computers - little did I know they would all be gone before the computers.

As for how much I have - more than what I bid and less than what MattsyBoi bid.

My sisters are esctatic. They all love the games. I actually would have preferred that huge book set with all the novels and comics. That thing was really cool.

not so true, the 9800 series held sway for a good while, and the 4800's have been a smashing sucess.  To be honest, I am biased to ATI, but they were always better for color repro work than nVidia in the earlier days.  today they balance out depending on what feature you actually want.

I agree with you, I was talking about baseline performance. I know the 9 series and the 4 series were pretty great performers, but they're the exceptions. I'm not partial to Nvidia or anything. I'm running an ATI card right now actually, my solid performing 4850 (Got one when they just came out). I'll upgrade to a 5870 whenever the price becomes reasonable.

I dunno, the laptops have, on average, gone for less than the desktops - but it IS the last big ticket item.

*sigh* I think I'm going to pack it in, way too many random bidders with like 1000 more tokens then me and I think any item that was winable for me is gone. Really dissapointed that I finally got 10k in tokens and didn't get to use them, but oh well. Even though its going to seem like a waste of 4 days, I still had a lot of fun.

As of right now, at least two people I know of - depends on if they are online at the right time.

Yeah, a lot of people thought the same thing. As it stands, unless Nvidia lowers their prices by at least $80 there's not going to be many buyers of their new cards.

Thanks guys, only a few items left. I originally wanted to go for computers but I didn't have enough. I settled for the headset but waited too much now it's sold out like what ice445 said. Settling for this N7 pack!
