I have no need for a new hard drive, I'd rather have the shirts. That being said, the shirt pack also went for more than the graphics card, I'd approve of a similar design with that one.

To me personally, I'd rather have all the shirts than the HDD. The HDD sells for about $100? At least 6 shirts at $20 each is $120+. Better deal imo.
