I know what you mean.  For days I haven't been able to sleep or get any work done.  I had to turn off my wireless card for an hour last Thursday just so I could finish my newsletter article by the due date.  You guys have become a home for sure   Or at the very least, a really awesome bar that you can't help but go back to.

I have to say, even though I wasn't in the auction with Merin, and that I really can't know or feel what he did, I'm completely wracked over his loss. I can only imagine how he feels.

Congrats to all the winners! The best part of this whole thing was meeting all of you. I will post here as often as I can, hopefully some act of the maker will occur and I will land a new pc. If they do this again I hope they publish a schedule to the auctions. It's something normal auctions do and it really could have taken a lot of pressure out of the thing.

He seemed alright with it, I remember him saying that even if he didn't win he felt good about helping out those less token fortunate than him.

Yeah, I feel for him like I did for Fizzeler on all those attempts at the books she did.  He must be really crushed though to have missed the computer.
