I've heard two explanations, both dev posts, although I don't have the link. One said they pick out a number of random posts, a few hundred or so, and then they pick 100 winners based on creativity, grammar, etc. Another post just said it was purely random.

The challenges aren't hard or anything. Just respond to them, make sure you include all the tags you need to, and try to type something legible. If you want to see examples, just search for #BioWareBazaar to see what everybody else is responding with. There's probably several thousand entries on each one so chances are small, but it's worth doing. I've responded to six or seven and won twice.

Yeah, that list is doing wonders.  Throw in the multi-link addon for Firefox and it makes everything a million times easier.

Addon for firefox. once installed you hold ctrl and the right  mouse button. Highlight all the links and let go, opens all highlighted links at once.

WOW this multi link tool is awesome! You should all have new unique clicks if firefox doesnt completely crash!
