I'm not sure that spamming twitter raises your odds, everyone whose won has said they only posted once as far I can tell, they may DQ your tweet if they see multiple from the same user. Can't say for sure.

They are open typically 2-3 hours.

I think I've seen some as short as 1 hour. Or maybe I was late on those.
