They are specially polarized to help you not burn out your eyes while staring at screens for extended periods of time. They're pretty cool actually.

There are 3-D gaming glasses, but i believe these ones are only to reduce the eye strain from staring at a computer screen.

Heh, gaming glasses. Completely useless for me since I wear glasses normally, but I wouldn't say no to them if they were the only thing I could win. I mean I am curious what the hell difference gaming glasses are supposed to make.

How low do you guys think the bids will go by friday?

I fear that it won't be that low. Everything has gone for at least 9000 and has had several bids that were over that amount, even late last night.  Each item at best removes one person, so I won't get my hopes up.  It's pretty irritating though that even after registering my games, etc. I'm still nowhere close.  I know that most of the higher point people got those by the referral links, but it just seems like actually buying the games should count for more.
