Don't get me wrong here, while I love me some halo, but Mass Effect has become my favorite piece of Sci-Fi. No one has surrpassed them as storytellers. I truly belive that they have mastered the art of telling stories in games. I enjoy playing Bungies game's. They craft some really good game's, and I have enjoyed the hell out of the halo universe as a whole, but Bioware is easily my favorite developer of all time.Quickdry wrote...

Not all halo fans are that bad. The guys who genuinly love Bungie and the universise they have built around halo are pretty cool people for the most part. The guys who only log on to play multi and tea bag people....well those are the guys everyone remembers.Quickdry wrote...

I can't imagine a forum of Halo fans or something else helping each other like we are. Maybe it's because we are RPG fans.
I think it's people who can appreciate a good story. Bioware builds their gameplay to support a premise. Bungie builds their premise to support their gameplay.
Well all I'm saying is that Bungie has announced that their philosophy is that they build gameplay then ask their writers to make something up to make that gameplay work. Which is why the stories are kind of disjuncted.
It's funny they posted a job offer for writers that "have no desire for their work to be published as a novel or as an original screenplay". They're looking for people to do what their told, storywise. It's just a big difference from how Bioware does it.

Why do these Lithographs go for over 10k? Am I missing what's supposed to be so great about them?
Umm they're nice looking and LOOK kind of like original works, although they are reprints. I just wish they were for more characters than just Jack, Garrus, and IM.

They're high quality, certified reprints.

Torgar...they are actually threatening to delete tokens from the account of anyone posting lists in this thread.
What?! What for?!
Probably because it would be considered spam, or at the very least they want to give us more reason to go to other sites and put links there.

T1: Three desktops have been auctioned. The highest bid thus far has been for 1 of the 3 PC Desktops at #16820 TOKENS. #16820 TOKENS, unreal!
T2: There have been NO winning auctions for less than #8000 Tokens.
Thats is a dam shame. So much for us under #8000 eh'.....

Lithos are basically really nice signed posters that go for 30 bucks a piece. So for 10k tokens you could get $90 worth of stuff. I would do it lol.
Aren't they pretty small? I guess I never checked by I assumed they were maybe the size of a standard piece of paper.

): I'll never get anything with my 2,500 points. Why make a starting bid at 10,000?!
It does take a lot of the fun out of it when a bid is over before it really begins.

Actually I'm not sure on the size. But I'm guessing that they should be bigger than that.

NO LINK LISTS HERE
If I see people continue to post link lists in this thread, I will start deducting tokens from people who post them and banning people until the auction is over.
There are otehr threads for click link referrals. Please use those.
Page 363 at the Bottom Chris posted this.
Thank you for that, I had no idea. Every time I come back to this thread its at least another 50+ pages, so....... anyways, thanks. <_<
Sigh. Guess, I'll just reply to every thread every 5 mins, with slightly on topic banter. No way else to do this, the other lists don't get much update I don't think......
Yeah, this is what I'm doing now.....
(I've got my silly unique url memorized now.... sad....)

They can vary, but I've never seen what I'd call a large litho. But then again, they aren't really my thing so I haven't looked much.
