Its not the video card, you just need a program like Fraps for that. I own a 5770 and it's pretty good. I don't do much vid capture, actually none at all, but I'm sure it would perform just fine.

on AMD's site it lists this among the features:

I think that might be it.

I agree ...yeah there one of my favorite dev's I heard DA:O was coming out and was like eh ...then found out Bioware is putting it out ...bam rushed out and got my copy
