It seems that bids are higher tonight instead of lower.

Yeah I thought they would've lowered at least a couple thousand.

Hahaha same exact thing with me! I was skeptical till I saw BioWare made it and preordered it hahah

its Branding ..i hate to say you know certain brands preform well ..game and bioware usually causes ea online store  or the local gamestop to part me of some of my money

And I have no problem with that. If a company constantly puts out great games, why not constantly support them. Same goes for Valve, Blizzard, etc. But BioWare is by far my favorite company.

Ah shortened the quoting ..good job.  I agree That march madness dev thing i saw really made me choose becasue ..valve and Bioware really conflict me...such a supporter of both great example but voted by bioware on the creation of mass effect 2  .But i show the conflict well mass effect 2 phone wallpaper, meet the sniper(tf2) music  for a ringer

Never been a big Valve or Blizzard guy. I owned and played the crap outta Starcraft but I loved playing Red Alert 2 soo much more (Westwood FTW). Valve had some solid games but never a huge fan. I played Half Life waaaayy long ago on my PS2 and L4D is fun but nowhere near the amount of fun and replay value that I get from a BioWare game. I have spent obscene amounts of time playing KOTOR, DA:O, ME, and ME2. Thousands of hours. I played KOTOR 10 different times haha.

yeah same here I have like 6-8 DA:O chars, I only like the music becasue its the music to one of the better dirty harry movies ..magnum force.  But yeah I loved mass effect 1(even elevators) and when they made a sequel ..i was stoked ..and I gotta love the ME1 credit music ..it just fit ..But your right the replay of bioware games returns your initial investment

I'm only at 7.5k. :(

My comp is too old to do the character creator. So I'm 500 behind in that regard.

Do you know where to get a working character creator? Coz I kept having  an error when I try to install it.

Computer may not support it...aka be able to handle it.

Maybe I need the full game to install it coz the size the of the download as it says in the page is 325 MB but I kept downloading only 318 MB something seems to be missing.Do you have these problems too when installing it?

I joined the Bio community about 8 years ago and have BG, BGII, KotOR, NWN, JE, DA, ME, ME2 plus the various xpacs. I enjoy their games, but I don't consider them the best, most awesome, most wonderful game ever.

I wouldn't call myself a BioWare fangirl or an RP gamer; I just like games in general and play as many different titles as I can afford in as many different genres.

Do I like ME2 more than L4D? Impossible to say! I like them both and they're so different. How could I possibly say one developers is better than the other when they both put out high quality games?

I only got into it because my ex boyfriend played a lot and would ignore me.  I started playing just so he would talk to me, got to 80, got semi decent cause I read up about it, realized my ex sucked, and dumped him for a hardcore WoW player....

I'm a bad person :pinched:

I respect that. I loved L4D and many other online games but I quickly lose interest if I have no friends to play on xBox Live with. I do agree with you on the last part though. There are so many genres. You can't compare Batman Arkham Asylum to Dragon Age. 2 completely different genres.
