From the picture, there were 6 in the other pack (the 5 character posters and the "movie poster", though from the description it could include the "Craig Mullens" art poster. I guess I'll find out soon enough

Unfortunately, the first bidders in the first couple auctions set the president that bidding by the 10's, or even 50's wouldn't cut it. On each auction thus far, it seems within 6 or 7 bids, it hits between 9,000 and 10,000.

So now everyone assumes that lower bids aren't even worth it, and people are pushed all-in to win anything.

I'm still hoping this changes after the excitement of the first day or two wears off.

I concur. Let's have this be actually a bit o' fun and bit reasonably.  In the end, your 9k bid will win anyways

Hmmm... Is it just me or are a lot of people posting bids that are not in denominations of 10? Isn't that against the rules? I'm guessing it's so people don't outbid someone by 1 a billion times, but it seeems like everyone is just throwing up all the points they can. I'm just not sure if you will get disqualified for that or not. Anyway as always:

The rule is that you have to raise by at least 10, not that you have to bid a multiple of 10.  Get it?

Oh my god. Really? I have two of those things (Tickle Me Cookie Monster and Elmo). I wonder what my mother and grandmother had to go through to get them...

I can't make up my mind which of these situations are the most likely to be true.



1) Bids are high now, because it's new.

2) Bids are high now, because all of the people with high amounts were SURE to get on now

3) Bids are low now because only a low % of people are currently on (school/work)

4) Bids will be low at night because this is US only, and so many will be asleep.

5) Bids will be high at night because the people with a lot of tokens don't sleep anyway, and want to be sure they win.

 This would have been better if they just copied blizzard and had a system where each token entered was a chance to win rather than a bidding system. Also the twitter inclusion was stupid. Bioware you make good games, but you make ****ty contests. <_<
