Do any of guys knows how to make the character creator work its still gives me an error while installing it.

Hmm.. I'd check around 11:30EST and then again by 12:30EST. I can't quite remember, but the first one is typically something like 1-2 hours in timing, so as long as you come in half-way, you should be fine.
