I believe it is usually state sales tax against suggested retail value. So if tax rate in Missouri is 6 percent, you'd pay six six cents on the dollar.

Yup most of the LNVS  was up for all or at least portions of the evening.  I took a 4 horu nap between midnight and 4 am EST.  SOme LNVS people are still running on empty.  They're so crazy!
