Has anyone else noticed how often top bidders bid substantially higher than competition and yet beat their own bid by several hundred tokens a minute or two later? What the hell is this? My best guess is that its some kind of strategy or that they've somehow made a couple hundred additional tokens in a couple of minutes.

I believe it's to make a statement/psychological impact to discourage people from bidding.
