Damn, that laptop last night went for pretty close toy token total. I'm like 1000 short of what that went for. Probably a good thing I went to sleep when I did, losing that aution would have really ticked me off considering my comp died last night for good. Well hopfuly I can score enough tokens to be a contender for one of those computers, I would hate to spend the next year or so surfing the net on my iPod or my phone

My best guess is that its some kind of strategy or that they've somehow made a couple hundred additional tokens in a couple of minutes.

I believe it's to make a statement/psychological impact to discourage people from bidding.

I think it's a pre-emptive strike against snipers. Come in a little short of your highest possible bid, then raise it at the last minute.

Nope, not yet. Hoping I win challenge 28 with my Uncle Phil gun. Closing on 8900 tokens, but the Lit packs and DA packs are still going over 9k

Is there a correct answer to this or is it another one where they want you to be creative?

I've heard the winners are typically picked randomly anyhow and some people say their answers were not creative at all.  Who really knows but the bioware folks?
