then there has to be another explanation to how people are able to get so many tokens. I could only think that someone that came up with a pretty neat way to get people to click their links every single day would be about to get 50 people a day to click on it. Guess that's what I get for not buying into the whole twitter/facebook/myspace crap.
well a couple people bought google page ads, and some have been spamming other forums
Buying google ads? Lol. That defeats the whole purpose.
Sig click please!!
not sure if he bought them said he had 200$ worth of credit with google ads lying around and figured he wudnt ever use it for anything else so why not this
Note sure which user you're talking about, but i've seen atleast 3 different users with google ads. It doesn't state it in the rules, but buying an ad for a contest shoul dbe considered cheating

I still claim that it can be fun, just not in the way BioWare wanted.corcor99 wrote...

Mintyass, what episode of Futurama was that from? That's such a great show. Can't wait for the new season to start.
I've been in the dark for far too long. Are they actually coming out with another season? Or are they just doing another movie length production?
From what I heard, they are doing a new full season. Not like the movies they did. I'm not sure where it's going to air at though. Cartoon network maybe?

Season 1 Episode 6 - "A Fishful of Dollars"
It's when Fry found out he was a billionaire.
One of my all time favorite episodes. I have the first 4 seasons of Futurama on DVD, and now im going to go watch it.

If I had to take a guess on how someone got so many points, I would agree with my husband and say that they probably went and bought a bunch of used games of DA or ME and registered them all to get the token points. Let's say they sell about $20 a piece. Buy up about 10 games, and if they are DA:O you've got yourself 12,000 points. So spend $200 for a $2,000 computer ain't bad. Plus you can always sell back the games or to someone else. Just a thought. Not that I'm THAT fanatic. All I wanted was a lousy t-shirt for my husband and I and I can't even buy that right now cuz no one seems to have XL. And there's no way my wimpy 4000 tokens is going to get anything from the auction, even when I got mine the honest way.
that actually sounds like a good answer to it, but would that violate the rules? I don't know. Is it a form of cheating? Maybe. This that make you go Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm
here is a thought, the link is an add for either ME2 or DAO. Bioware gains nothing by the link being contained solely within the fan community that probably already has bought the games.
so some enterprizing individuals bury the link in a redirect that gets the name out among new potential customers, actually adding marketing value to the add. Now do you run about slapping the people that are possibly bringing in new sales?
ethical or not, those people are serving Bioware's best interests by getting the name out there, I think that is the real reason for the 1 pt click after 50, elsewise we would be seeing bids at 100k rather than 10k.
just a thought.

Doesn't comedy central still have airing rights for Futurama? Or maybe they only have the rights for sindication and either Fox or Cartoon Network will pick up the new season. Time for me to reseach this!
