I believe I'm going to keep my challenge answer a close-held secret, simply because Chris doesn't have a monopoly on evil.

However, I've just found again the uses of insomnia. I can have 4 or 5 days without rest during one of those times (currently undergoing one) and not really notice, which is useful at times like this.
