I was browsing slickdeals the other day and there's a 2TB hd for $120 after rebates I believe

Ya, it's crazy! It's also a Western Digital hd, but it's not the Black versions they've been giving away here. The ones they are selling are the "green" line of hard drives that sacrific a bit of performance for better power consumption. Still not a bad deal at all, I would buy one of I needed the space.

1 TB drives are already cheap, they only run 70-80 at online retailers these days.

So the biggest would be what 10TB?

There's no consumer drives that have a higher density than 2TB as far as I'm aware. I believe Hitachi started working on that technology last year, but I haven't heard anything about it. The world is moving towards SSD's anyway. Those are far more expensive for far less space (256GB runs for about $400).
