they have put a solution up if you cant find your registration codes you have to complete a questionnaire about the gam

I am seriously annoyed by this "workaround". A quiz? Really?? I looked at it, and I don't know all the answers, so I guess iIm screwed. I contacted Bioware about it, and customer support responded with "Please contact your retailer." That was all, no further explanation. Just four words. Thanks for the help!! <_<
I had to reply and clarify that they meant xbox live. I contacted xbox live, and 1 week later no response.
There have been threads like this all over the forums, and not a single Bioware repsonse that I am aware of. Maybe they don't have an answer for us, but throw us a frickin bone! At least let us know you are aware of the issue, please?
