I'm not certain what is going wrong but I have been trying all day just to download and install the toolset.  It gets to 495 of 496 megabytes and then hangs up- after about a minute I get this message from my browser:

C:[edited out personal file information here]\\DragonAgeToolset1.01Setup.exe.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.

Try again later, or contact the server administrator.

Am I doing something wrong or is there something wrong with the bioware toolset download site today?

Thanks for the assistance. Unfortunately that didn't seem to help. It seems to be downloading from the same location and so the problem still occurs. Anybody else have a suggestion?

You can google it, you'll find some game sites having it available (bigdownload, fileplanet). If nothing else works and as a last resort, you can download it through rapidshare and such sites.
