EDIT:  Don't think I ever posted on the old forums, mainly lurked the NWN ones to find answers to problems

I found the Bioware forums while looking for tips to solve a puzzle in Hordes of the Underdark (2004). Mostly lurked the NWN and BG sections. Only joined in 2008, because I needed an account to get Bring Down the Sky.

About seven years, I think. I joined the old forums just about as soon as Knights of the Old Republic came out. I don't remember why that was the time I chose to join. I'd been playing Baldur's Gate and such before.
I was very much a lurker on the old forums, though. I've tried to lurk less since switching to these.

I've been around since the release of Shattered Steel and MDK2 but wasn't active on the forums until Baldur's Gate was released. Still, I spent most of my time on the Black Isle forums and then the Obsidian ones - and I'm still on the latter more than I am on here.

28th July 2007, old BioWare forums. Was active until december of the same year, to then disappear until August 2008. Since then, I was heavenly active, writing over 6000 posts in approximately one year. Joined the social site the day the character creator was released. That's all, I guess.

I've been a fan of Bioware since around 2001-2002, and an on-again, off-again lurker to the old boards for about as long - most of it in the past year. I started posting on the old site a few days before the Social Network Beta opened. Then I joined the first day of open beta for the BSN and got hooked pretty fast. Never expected to be nearly as active as I ended up being...
