its not up on the uk xbox site if u change the country to canada its there for u to download

Darn Canadian and their Moose and Bobsleds. They probably deliver the DLC via caribou.

Xbox users, try shutting down and restarting your consoles, then go look for the DLC from the Dashboard's DLC menu.
