If a regional xbox.com lets you purchase something with an account from a different region, then it will work on your console. The various xbox.com sites block region-specific content from being purchased outside their regions.



For example, if you buy Kasumi DLC from Xbox.com Canada with your US account and it lets you do so, then it will work. If you get a message saying the offer isn't available in your region, then it wouldn't work if you somehow managed to buy it.

We PC Users are always the last ones, or more often we don't get anything, like the latest DLC for Need for Speed Shift. Console only. I really wonder why they make Geforce 400s with no Games to play with...dire Outlook for PC Gaming, not even to mention Ubisofts DRM measures.
