Do you download via Cerberus Network or XBox Live? Last time I used XBox Live to download something from BioWare, I got screwed in the end. I still wish I had my Dragon Blood armor in ME2 and not just in DAO.

Kasumi isn't available on Cerberus Network.

What pisses me off is that Cox refuses to admit my modem isn't working (doing a five second packet loss test on a few kilobits of data is not going to solve the problem, guys!), and I may have to download this thing five or six times before I download it and it's not corrupted.
