so I tried to get my 500 points from using the character creator, and made sure to do the steps properly and i havent gotten my 500 points. first i thought i should have had them already, because i used it before several times, so then i redownloaded it and used it again. waited a few days and still no points. then i tried it again, and tripple checked to make sure i was doing everything right, then i get a message saying something like, all slots are full, in a window i couldn't close. so apparently my old ones were accepted, but still no points.
im just seeing if anyone else had this problem.
also, how the crap are people getting over 10k points?

I was having this problem to i deleted mine awhile back since it was just taking up hard drive space. Redownloaded it because of the contest but it didnt count that at all not even for the past download. It could be that i need PC version instead of a 360 version to get that. Oh well dosnt effect my gameplay but it is fustrating soo i feel ya on that one.

it says you dont need the PC version, just use the character creator and upload a character when signed in and you get the 500 points.

great, just tried to register my copy of awakening and my code is invalid, i talked to some EA guy and he said i need to wait a few days because bioware is having tech problems. said call again after a week, thats after the event.

You can do the Awakening questionnaire and get the points that way. It's either the questionnaire or register the game.
