So I bought a Steam pre-order copy of ME2 and was able to activate my Cerb Account and get all the free DLC (Zaaed, Arc, Cerb Armor, etc) . But even though I have a pre-order copy I've never been able to access the pre-order in-game items.
Also I'm having trouble accessing the new Katsumi DLC so I can pay for it then install it. I have 3 game keys (Steam Collectors edition, Game Key, & Cerb Network key) what do I need to do to access the Katsumi DLC and the pre-order items?

Well finally worked out the Stolen Memories DLC. Still trying to activate the pre-order/Steam collectors edition in-game items.
