Er... since they weren't introduced until Awakening wouldn't the problem being those items not showing up at all? Not just w/ patch 1.03.

Also - are they all supposed to appear in the Silverite Mine?

The patch 1.03 reference is just in as a time stamp, seeing that BioWare will probably fix this in patch 1.04.

As for the location, read this thread in the spoiler forum, because I can't post spoilers here.

I'll be back online later, in case there are any further questions.

A visibility bump. It would also be great if somebody could link this to the wikis and so
forth as a workaround fix for the missing Blackblade armor set parts. The mod archive also includes the source code in case any modders want to know the item .uti names.

I'm not exactly holding my breath, as the Ancient Elven Boots aren't fixed yet either... <_<

Still, good to see that the community is fixing these bugs, yet another advantage of the PC version :wizard:

Yeah, I guess it's possible that this gets overlooked, but hopefully BioWare doesn't go the Bethesda way... I mean Bethesda really makes their fans fix their games, just look at the Unofficial Patch for Oblivion etc. at TES Nexus.

(PC) I haven't ever gotten the console to work, personally. could you release a non-console version?

The console will work for any PC version of Origins/Awakening without error. Just see http://dragonage.wik...om/wiki/Console for instructions. Basic usage instructions are available in the project discussion thread.

I don't doubt that, its just that I personally can't get it to work. User retardation, I guess.

Try the second link I posted, it's the bare-bones answer on how to enable the console.

So seeing as there is a mod for the PC that gets you the whole set, could somebody answer a question for me?? What is the true set bonus for the Blackblade Armor. I'm pretty sure the Wikia is wrong.

According to my tests, the full set bonus is +1 Armor and -10 Fatigue. Here's a screenshot compilation of how the full set looks like as well. This screenshot is free to use for any DA Wiki related purposes.

You know, some of these set bonuses are pretty weak... +1 armor?  Really?  Why bother?  The -10 fatique is really nice though...

Still not sure I'd give up the ferret gloves and boots I'm wearing for this set bonus.

It does look better than the other armors though. With the right runes, you can also get additional -15 Fatigue on that chest piece, the total percentage with the set bonus then being -25 Fatigue.

That set bonus may seem weak, but, when you consider all the other stat bonuses that this armor has tied into it; you really don't need that beefy of a set bonus. However, I would have gladly traded the +1 Armor for maybe another -5 or -10 Fatigue.

The set looks cool but the bonuses are pathetic. I would never replace my Felon's Coat with a vest that has... what? 12 defense along with 20% fire and ice resistance... pfft

Stat-wise it is completely outclassed.

The boots are the only thing worth using, but wearing black boots with a purple vest is lame... lol

Any idea why? The problem doesn't seem to fix itself, which I find very annoying.
