This is pretty much gonna cost $10 by the looks of it since you have to buy $10 min to get points. I may have no choice but to buy the appearance pack since the rest of those points are just gonna be sitting there doing nothing (This is why I hate DLC)

Yep, Steam tends to be fairly slow compared to the EA servers. I'm getting the full 6.1 MB/s out of my 50 Mbit line on the Kasumi download right now (finished just as I typed this, less than a three minute download), and I bought DA:O as well as ME2 from the EA store and also maxed out my connection - which is actually a bit of a rarity.

With Steam I'm lucky if I hit much more than 2 MB/s - although that's hardly an entirely horrible speed either .

This isn't anymore available than the man in the moon. I logged in on Cerberus Network, and this DLC did not show up. All I got was the option to purchase the costume pack.

I chalk this up to being another case of worshipping the God of Money. If this was truly available I would be able to purchase it and download it.

The Locust (?) is pretty good. It's super-accurate for an SMG. It fires much slower than the Tempest, but the high accuracy seems to make up for it. The Locust can fire just one round or a stream of rounds. It fires twenty rounds per thermal clip.

I feel it's a great weapon. I'm having a hard time deciding whether I like this or the Predator heavy pistol better.

I downloaded it from Steam with a connection that doesn't go higher than 120 kB/s It would have been a lot faster to go to the store and buy the box. The following day, i mean

Seriously? All the "mediocre at best PR guy" does is make announcements wihtout even bothering to read the boards, and design community destroying craptastic events like bazaar.  Get some perspective. We don't even have any information on why this DLC is not accessable via the Cerberus Network on the Xbox. Yet another example of shovelling DLC out the dorr without even bothering to Q&A it....

There were never any 1200 points, that's what Cerberus Network costs, and people who buyed the game new got it for free.

Anybody else getting this error when double clicking on the Kasumi.exe?

"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."  

I've downloaded it several times and each time I get this message. Anyone have any idea how to fix it.   And yes I'm running it as the system administrator.

Deadly... like mentioned already it has slower fire rate but makes up for it with accuracy.  This thing melts through shields in a matter of seconds.  Very good addition to the armory.
