Please someone tell me, how do i get past this NSIS error? Is there a download mirror for this? I've restarted my PC, re-downloaded a good 7 times now. I keep getting that NSIS error, someone please help me out here:(

you could try unpacking the Archive with WinRAR, see how that turns out, and if it works then execute the installer after extraction.

I'm honestly not sure what an NSIS error is. What os you using dude? Maybe there's a trend in the people who can't get it working..

NSIS is the installer/unpacker used for all the DLC's for Mass Effect 2.

It has seen widespread usage since it's free and equally as powerful as the proprietary "InstallShield".

Was hoping for a more mission variety there (it was a lot of the same 'go here, click this', but the scenery was nice, the new suit's my new default outfit (no Cerberus logo, and Kasumi's got a point about Shep looking good in formal wear), and a nice SMG along with a teammate who does what Thane doesn't do in combat despite being a damned assassin - stealth in and backstab the hell out of enemies.



I would've been happier if it was cheaper, given the lack of variety in mission type compared to even some of the N7 missions, but I can't complain about the new gun and suit or Kasumi. Plus, I like how her room's arranged - her color comments are much better than Zaeed's when remarking on the things you can click on.



Plus, this is the ONLY place on the ship to get hammered... which answers Shepard's question about making sure the Normandy gets a bar. Well, a mini-bar.

It is possible for Shepard to wear everything a NPC can wear (modded PC version is prove). Why don´t they just give us all of that?!



The male suit sucks, why didn´t they give us TIM´s suit?!

BTW it is not the 'casual' suit I will choose to wear on Normandy. My Shep is female, so high heels on space ship... you know, what else to say



Kasumi is way more interesting that Zaeed (still like him, but the dialog options will be better with him).



I hope we will get another DLC soon, or anouncment at least.

Ya funny how you always get charged more than what the actual conversion rate is.  I should wait for the Canadian Dollar to be worth more (Which will be very soon the way the current rate is going : $1 CAN = 0.998 US at time of post) then buy this and see what the charge will be.

It's not just one new mission.
It's a new character dlc wich includes:
- 1 new mission.
- 1 new SMG (a damn good one).
- 1 Tech Damage upgrade
- 1 new piece of casual wear (or 2, if you count both genders).
- And most important, a new interesting character with a unique cloaking power and a new loyalty power. And let's not forget you can use her throughout the whole game, and she actcs just like any other character. She has her own unique lines of dialogue on missions, just like everyone else. The only downside is the absence of dialogue wheel while on the Normandy. But even so, she prolly has more to say than Garrus for instance (if you are playing maleShep).

Anywho, here are some quick impressions. I really enjoyed the loaylty mission, Kasumi's cloak abillity is also interesting, although she did kinda get stuck a couple of times, like she couldn't reach her target or something.
And the new SMG is really good. It's a nice assault rifle alternative (not quite, but in a way) because of it's accuracy. I was playing the mission with my "Claymore Vanguard" (meaning I don't have any decent mid-long range weapons except the hand cannon) and the new SMG did the job nicely. In those parts where you had to camp in and kill foes from mid range, the Locust really shined. It always stays accurate in sustained fire, so it has it's usses even for long range combat ussualy more suited for the hand cannon. Although it's more useful for droping shields and armor from long range, then finishing someone off quickly with a headshot, like you would do with the hand cannon. So for the classes/builds that are missing an accurate mid range spray weapon, the Locust is a way to go.

All in all, I'm happy with the DLC. Considering it's 560points or 7$ price tag, I say it's well worth it. And as I said before, it's not just another hour and a half mission we are paying for. It's a brand new unique character we can use throughout all our new playthroughs. I think it's a fair deal.

AGREED.

And that's for Garrrus - it is very very sad truth. I would like him to talk more. Much more. Especially he is 'an old friend'.
He is (and was) my favorite character in the game. My Shep is female, and there is not much more.

I would like to get new DLC with Garrus and something more about him.

this dlc was "premium!?!" f***ing bullsh**. it took half an hour on insanity. the new weapon was f***ing useless to me (soldier class). why, oh why, weren't we allowed to choose the weapon class? you're raiding a weapons dealer's vault for christ sake. also the planets are useless: 2 moderate, 2 poor, and 1 depleted... this dlc is a rip off, it shouldn't cost a single penny more than 200 points. i feel violated... what a waste...

The DLC is awesome, I played on a finished game so I considered it a side mission. On a new playthrough I am going after her first and keeping her in my party to see all of her reactions.

Not me, I can only cycle through two for Kasumi.
