However, wanted to start it with my new femshep (lvl 4) (only have Miranda and Jacob), but the Kasumi mission isn't showing up. I just wanted to know if there is a certain point in the game you have to access her or is it an error on my game?

She talks about how all Tali does is talk about how great you are and that she is in love with you and that you should treat her good. You know you can find just about anything on Youtube, right? I suspect she has a comment for each LI depending on who you are romancing. Mordin-lite.

After the download I had to save, quit, start ME again, and the mission was there.

I was thinking the same thing.  When it comes to bypassing doors she should be one of the best on the team.  However I suspect that she'd die just like anyone but Tali / Legion.

Its all about Kasumi and Tali Vas Normandy, thank you for the DLC and I cant wait for mroe to be release. I really dont want to start another game but it seems like my only option to get some more time with Kasumi.

She's the third viable tech specialist and hacker. Kasumi will survive as long as you have a good First Fire Team Leader (Miranda, Jacob, Garrus).

Why leave her, its a waste, her backstab is amazing, its noy only useful in general but if your pinned down by heavy fire...She will be my answer to scions and harbiner.
