I'm not gonna deny that one would like a Kasumi romance, sure.

It's just...too soon. Depending on your choices, she's either attached to her dead lover's memories or effectively just buried him again a few days ago. Give the girl some time.

Just throwing my two cents into the pot on the matter. I didn't think there was a great hue and cry for a Kasumi LI DLC or anything, merely offering a thought on the matter.
Though I'll confess that Kasumi doesn't seem like a girl who comes seeking out comfort. Strong self-reliant streak in that one. A breakdown/comfort moment near the end of the arc, perhaps, but Kasumi strikes me as someone who processes things out themselves - like Mordin, but slower.
