w00t w00t, can you just use the normal textures for her in the game with that? Just like what you did that at neck area, looks alot better.

I did them a while back in my first texmod batch , so you may want to ignore the file / texture with the "+Arms" added at the end (unless you want to see Kasumi with half-bare arms ) .

Does Kasumi share the same model with Tali?  During the Omega Relay "shields" sequence, Kasumi appeared in the engine room.

It could be a similar model because that would have simplified development. She doesn't have the quarian features, of course, but her legs, hips, and waist are definitely similar. Her upper body, however, isn't. Actually that's kind of another cop out because Tali's model is more humanoid now than it was in the first game.

Your very welcome. The treat will always be on 49 of the thread so make sure you are wearing head phones or you have your speakers on to hear the treat. Most people couldn't figure it out. hehe.

If we get to a couple of other places If the thread gets to 52. I'll post it again for everyone. Kasumi deserves only the best.

I don't think the model itself has been changed except upgraded textures, I just compared Tali from screen shots - Mass 1 and Mass effect 2 and they are literally the same size. However, the difference is HOW the straps and such are arrange on the turso, because the clothing has been changed, it alters the perception from the previous game where the hips seem to start, and where things end etc. Just my observation.

Well, the animation is the same for anyone in the engine room during that time, but it doesn't seem like they share the same model. Kasumi's shoulders are more slender than Tali's are, so I doubt it's just a reskinned texture.

Thats what I would say as well because if you look at the model it has other stuff like the pads and stuff modeled on that Tali doesn't have. Anythign thats "sticks out" is actually modeled textures would be obvoius as they woudl look flat.

Yeah, Legion also appears in that cut-scene(depending on who you chose for your fight in the cargo bay).

The game model only shows her hood and her face. She probably does have hair, but BioWare didn't want to bother with giving her visible hair.

Oh yes, and I don't know if this has already come up or not, but I was recently doing Tali's loyalty mission with Kasumi along, and her character textures (Kasumi's, that is) appeared to glitch and instead of her loyalty outfit, she had a much differently textured one on. It had color pattern on it that resembled urban or industrial camo, with various shades of gray and black. It also had some red highlights.



Now, I considered the possibility of another texture being somehow transfered onto her oufit, but the pattern was way to symmetrical for that to be the case. I'm left assuming that this is another one of her "lost" outfits. Perhaps something that another DLC outfit pack will unlock?



And before you ask, no I do not have pictures of this occurance. I was playing on my 360.

that is true, sometimes it happens, but i can tell you this, it's an random texture. One time the illusive man on the suicide mission was the spread out texture of Wrex, without the model.

Another time, well let's just say the Illusive Man was looking at my femshep with the zoom button on.
