So I finished Kasumi's loyalty mission a while ago, and the weirdest glitch popped up. It happened at the end where we fight Donovan Hock, and for some reason, Kasumi was shining like she was still in cloaking mode. She stayed that way for the rest of the mission, so I'm stuck looking at a blurry mirage throughout the boss fight, and her Keiji scene.

Thats sounds quite strange...and cool at the same time:lol:.

Whoa, nice sunset... I know it'd look odd, but you might as well do one with the citadel in orbit as the background, or a picture of Kasumi prothean-visionified, that'd be awesome...

Actually she might not have any hair at all!

Just D/L the DLC over the weekend and I must say:

Likes - Male Shep's formal wear, Locust SMG (NIIICE........where was this gun before???), and of course Kasumi.

Dislikes - Kasumi isn't romaceable, mission seems short to me. (Finished it in 80 - 90 minutes). Wish there were more missions with her.

Otherwise I really enjoy this character. Hopefully she'll be available in ME3 for some more "formal wear" smackage.

Maybe most of the Kasumi fans are on Holiday (Summer break / holidays)...

Ahhhh finally! I had been hoping there was a Kasumi thread... after failing with the forums' search function, I was afraid it might not exist

In the beginning, I was hesitant to play through ME2 again because my first playthrough was so... untouchable, it seemed. It was the movie, the story, that I determined and I felt that going back and playing through it again might tarnish it all.
That lasted about 2 weeks
A few days ago I bought Kasumi and Overlord, and already I Kasumi. She's playful and fun the way just about no one else on Normandy is. I'm sure I'm not the only one to wish that she had more to say than her (albeit brilliant) one- and two-liners. She's awesome in combat too - though sometimes I feel bad when I take down a target and she pops up behind it a second later. I almost expect her to give me crap for killstealing...

Btw, your not alone about sometimes feeling bad when stealing her kills^_^.

Well its hard, we have such little dialouge/interaction with Kasumi we cant alk about it much, soit gets buried under the other threads, unless we just repeat ourselves, which isnt very interesting. Hopefully if she is a squadmate that is fully intergrated into ME3 we can get more speculation going, hopefully if she is back with a proper dialougue system she is a LI, her personality appeals to me more, shes not ugly, and is more interesting than most other squadies. Besides Tali was a LI, and if that can happen, this can and should.

I hope she is back in ME3 as a LI and full squadmate thoug. Do you guys think Bioware has actually noticed us, or are we just unknown and most likely will see no development of Kasumi in ME3 ?

I rather suspect they will pander to the tali people and we will get passed over, unfortunately.
Seems to me they will probably go for having Miranda and Tali return. Sucks, I know. I actually am in a minority here, I think it would be interesting to have Kasumi as an option for MShep romance in ME3 and at least the OPTION of at least TRYING to romance Legion as femshep, that would be extremely..... interesting. I'll probably get a lot of flak for thinking this way. I hope they bring back Kasumi as a LI in ME3, but considering we are in the minority, it doesn't look too good for us.

I've got some questions for you Kasumi fans, assuming you regularly use her Shadow Strike in combat.  Do you ever find that it fails to work?  What system are you using?  What evolution of Shadow Strike do you employ most?

I play on xbox.  Kasumi's Shadow Strike fails a significant portion of the time.  At least a third of my Shadow Strike attempts result in either blatant refusal to Shadow Strike or Kasumi moving in and then glitching out.  Usually when she glitches out, it's because she has been struck by a Warp, Flashbang (on her loyalty mission), or a similar stagger effect after her "teleport."  This leads to her standing completely still while the enemy kills her. 

And then there are the recharge bugs, where if her target dies or becomes unreachable after she has started to Shadow Strike, the ability never starts to recharge.  My personal favorite bug is when she knocks her target down and then brings it back with her on her return teleport while it's in ragdoll.

I think that part of my problem is that I use Shadow Strike from too great a distance.  She has less of a chance to refuse if you target closer enemies, as the wiki more or less states.

I really hope bioware just cuts the community out (regarding character popularity) and just write the story however it goes. Without any outside influence. Like I don't want Tali to come back just because she has a MILLION fans. I want her to come back if bioware decides that way.
