I am new at Mass Effect 2 art. But I LOVED Kasumi's character design. I'm working on polishing it up a little bit, but thank you so much to many of you who gave me inspiration!

Possible bad news for Kasumi gettting a chance of returning in ME3:
Mac Walters: Returning Squadmates and Minor Characters

Seems that less popular squadmates won't be coming back...

While lots of people seem to like and have Kasumi as a squadmate, sadly she isn't that popular compared to other squadmates, neither is she that popular in Polls, and her fanbase is quite small compared to other characters:unsure: .

Lets just hope Bioware likes Kasumi enough to bring her back.

Kasumi is awesome to have as a squadmate and her lines are funny. IMO, she is hands-down the cutest and sexiest of all the female characters in the ME series.

I voted for Kasumi...with pride. In all honesty though, as much as I would love to see her as a squadmate and love-interest, I don't think she'll be coming back.

Honestly...

If Kasumi were made an LI, I would probably be tempted to do a run through where I give it a try.

The problem, though, is that my Shepards tend to be mostly paragon Alliance loyalists.  And, frankly, I'm not sure how such a Shepard would reconcile any feelings for Kasumi with the fact that she has an occupation he's uncomfertable with.

That would mean all romance possibilities paragon Allience loyalist manshep is given are a problem then...Miranda is ruthless and defends Cerebrus activities, Jack's crazy and is very criminal, romance could kill Tali, Liara becomes pretty suspect in ME2, as for Ash, a possibility I guess, though she is a bigot and heck! I just don't like her :-)....For paragon Shep, that just really leaves Ash and Tali (if his prepared to live the lifeof a monk with Tali)....As for Kasumi, she maybe a thief, but she is adorable...

I play a mix of Male & FemShep.
In ME the female LI seem to be the first to make a move. In ME2 not so much.
Tali is really the only one who makes any noticeable advances towards Shep.  
Miranda shows a bit of interest, but Shep has to keep pushing to actually get anywhere. 
And with Jack its pretty much up to Shep to make the first move.


Kasumi approves of more discussion and appreciation 

I see what your saying, though playing the paragon Shep who seems to want to help everyone, his being supportive of Miranda finding her way past her creation. leads him head first into possible romance territory...I cut it short at telling Miranda 'I'm sorry, I didn't mean it like that, we have to stay proffessional' . Jack is pretty much the same, be nice and helpful and she starts getting the wrong idea about his intentions also, she gets cut off with 'thats not what I'm looking for'. Where as I notice with Garrus, he has to be directly propositioned by the femshep to start anything with him....as for Jacob and Thane, I'm only going by what my femshep player friend tells me, so I could be way off there.

Great art, thanks! And Kasumi is my favorite female squadmate after Tali in Mass Effect. I hope she returns in ME 3, but i think it is unlikely since she is both a DLC char and a character that is not very popular. And, considering what Bioware have said, it is unlikely that she will return. Doesn't hurt to have hope though, but i like thinking about it realisticly as well, so i don't get a slap in the face feeling.

I am personally hoping that Kasumi will be brought back in Mass Effect 3 when I heard Mac's Remarks my Hopes diminished some but I am still hoping

It's good to get back to playing Mass Effect 2 I have been playing Dragon Age 2 and as much as I love DA2 I love ME2 more though the funny thing is that both Games made me mad because the only two really intresting female characters can't be romanced

I am still hoping that they bring Kasumi back in ME3 I have only 5 Shepards that I am going to Import to ME3 and one is Single in case they bring Kasumi Back as a LI and Squad Mate.

Kasumi was a DLC character. I highly doubt she will be making a return as a squadmate. She might come back in a cameo, who knows?

Kasumi is a sneaky little devil. Plotting to steal Jacob from my femShep and watched my manShep get down with Miranda "right in the engine room!".

Also, she figured out that "Samara" is really Morinth... she knows too much! <_<

I realized near the end of playing ME2 that Kasumi takes the role of platonic female friend for Femshep quite well. She always has fun gossip, she has a bar in her room, we can complain about ex boyfriends, it's great.
