I was wondering if I continue to do any additional DL content like the Kasumi stolen memory after I do the main storyline. Will that continue into ME3? or only the things I do before i finish the storyline?

I don't think there's a "clear save" like in ME1, because you can play after the ending. So any save made after the suicide mission should work.

From what we've been told, the import save for ME3 will be whatever one you want that is post-suicide mission. So if you go recruit people afterwards or do mission afterwards and then save it, that information will be carried over.
As to what information is getting carried over, I doubt even Bioware is fully aware of that yet and even if they were, they won't tell us as it far too soon.
