Kasumi is so in depth every new thing that happens, if you go to her and talk to her she comments on it. So if anyone is looking for a good 1st mission go for Kasumi first. Its fun, epic and plus after every main mission, side mission, everything she has at least one comment to say. Such as the cooks ramen being okay, then when you get the ingredients she goes on about him suddenly becoming a good cook.
Her main move that makes her hit like 90% damage when shes invincible is amazing. The mission was one of the funnest ive done, more fun when you do it as your first cause its more of a challange.
The girl formal wear is the best. The guys is okay but its still nice.
Love the fact i can mix my own drinks on my ship, who doesnt need there own bar!?
The new smg is just... Well wow. At first i didn't like it, but its grown on me and i use it more than my sniper now. Though i still need the sniper for the more beefy enemies.
Oh and finally her Loyalty outfit is really really nice too... Maybe if we're lucky she might even get neons in another DLC (like garrus ;D)
But there is one down side... Why couldn't we have stolen his house, would have been cool a bit like how we were able to own a house on Mass effect 1 (if you made the bet for it on the dlc)

I hope the next DLC's start to serve as a bridge between ME2 and ME3 and acknowledge that you've "won" ME2 and let you start to move on from there.

So red is acceptable..? And with most the scenery having Neons, she would probably fit in well

Which means precisely bugger all when she has a cloaking device.
Certainly doesn't stop her loyalty outfit from being bright red, which makes her look like some sort of Satanic nun.

For the money I paid I expected a recuitment mission and a loyalty mission - what I got was a recruitment conversation and a loyalty mission.
I feel that Bioware should really have put more into DLC that you have to pay for. That said, Kasumi is an interesting character, and I enjoyed her loyalty mission, so I suppose I could summarise my thoughts as follows - good, but not enough content to warrant the cost.

How would you recruit her, she is the best person at hiding, it took cerberus alot to find her, I doubt she would be found by shepard and could easily get away from cerberus. But the recruitment was kinda bad, since the ad talked about ttheir plans, how could people not hear it.varel1 wrote...

I think they were going for the whole Bond Villain look for Hock, but his accent was more annoying than anything else. Often I had no idea what he said, and he alternated wildly between what sounded like South African and Scottish.

I'm curious as to how others thought of the femShep formal wear. Personally, I hated it. To me, it looked to "business like", not really formal...maybe because I am guy, I was looking for elegantly sexy or something.

I didn't hate it, but was disappointed by how simple and casual it was. I was really looking forward to shooting people while wearing an awesome elegant gown. Plus Shepard looked a little out of place wearing a semi-casual cocktail dress surrounded by people in floor length formalwear.
Hahaha, but yeah - complaining about the dress is deffinately taking nitpcking to an extreme.

Donovan's vault was great! Loved the ogre from DA:O and Kasumi saying she wouldn't want to see that thing coming after her. It looked like Donovan had one of those mass relays like they have on the Citadel, but that was in an area not accessible.
Considering that you eventually go into the party alone it would have been cool to be able to take another squad member with you to pose as your date. It wouldn't have to be a LI. A male Shep could choose any other female squadmember and vice versa. I'm guessing that wasn't added due to VA.
Getting the DNA was a lot of fun. I had to laugh at the mission end screen which showed that I found 30,001 credits on the mission. The 1 credit was from searching the sofa and it was funny that Shep kept it.
I thought the end was a bit cheesy when Kasumi jumped onto the gunship. To me it seemed like something out of Prince of Persia and didn't quite fit in with the rest. I get that she's an infiltration expert but effortlessly hopping on the pipes onto the gunship seemed cartoonish compared to the rest of the mission. That's just my opinion, though, and it certainly didn't spoil the mission.
I definitely hope that the graybox's evidence is explored more in ME3. My first thought was of the Cerberus-Alliance connection. In the first game we are told that Cerberus was an Alliance division which went rogue. I recently replayed ME1 and after finding Admiral Kohoku's body I was in the Citadel and heard a news report of his death. The report stated that Admiral Kohoku died of natural causes. I can see that there may be good reasons why the Alliance would want to cover up Kohoku's death if Cerberus was truly rogue. I can also see that there are good reasons for a cover up if Cerberus is not quite as rogue as the Alliance makes out.
Here's something for a conspiracy theorist: Cerberus paid a lot of credits for both Zaeed and Kasumi. We find out during missions and dialogue that Zaeed has killed a lot of Cerberus agents. According to him he lost count around 50. Kasumi knows of, and later has access to, the graybox which is holding some sort of devastating evidence. Maybe TIM thinks he'll get these two to help Shepard on the suicide mission. If they help in the mission and survive that's fine but it is a suicide mission, after all. TIM could think this is a way to get rid of them.
It's a shallow theory and probably unlikely but it's kind of fun to think about in a paranoid sort of way.

Worth $5...not worth $7. Bioware, please reconsider your pricing. Addtionally, if you decide to do romance pack's make sure that you use dialog wheels for interactions on ship and not just bubble text above the npc's head.

Many thanks for your helpful and constructive suggestion. Unfortunately, I will not be following your advice as I find that "reading up" on Bioware DLC often gives away the plot and spoils the novelty of entering the unknown. I enjoyed the game and when I saw the Kasumi DLC advertised I decided to purchase it, then deliberately avoided reading any more about it.

I don't think it's I.A. research, because that was already public news if you've read the Revelation novel. My theory is that it's either A) The tech they found on Mars wasn't Prothean, and was instead Reaper Tech. or

I very much enjoyed the loyalty mission. The scenery was beautiful and I would have liked to have been able to wander around the mansion a bit more, just poking around. I also liked hearing the bits of conversations from the other guests. It would have been a ton of fun to join in some of those conversations like, "Oh really? Do they really think Shepard is still alive?"

Cerberus and the Alliance is probably similar to Starfleet and Section 31 from Star Trek. If you were in the Trek universe, and mentioned S31 to the average joe on the streets, they would be convinced that S31 is an urban myth. More informed Starfleet officers are aware (or at least suspect) that S31 does indeed exist, and consider it "an abomination, a cancer on the Federation." However, go a little higher up, and you get some people in Starfleet Command that believe that S31, despite the harsh methods, are a "necessary evil."
So the Alliance and Cerberus probably have a similiar relationship. By claiming that Cerberus is rogue and S31 doesn't exist, the Alliance and Starfleet, respectively, keep their hands clean in the eyes of their allies and their "average" citizens. It is also somewhat noteworthy that both of the main S31 contacts we've seen (Sloan and Harris) have personalities similar to TIM, and IIRC, also dress kindof like him.
