Shepard: "Aha!"
Kasumi: "Did you find any DNA?"
Shepard: "Nope, but I found a credit chit in the guy's sofa."
Best moment ever.

Yet Kasumi doesn't have the slightest clue as to what her lover was trying to hide? I like playing the good character but I won't deny feeling a little silly handing it over for sentimental reasons. I need to replay that scene again.Dave of Canada wrote...
All the information he has is in the graybox, the graybox keeps
track of the owner's memories. We're handing out this dark secret to
Kasumi so she can look at her lover from time to time.

He kept it secret from her most likely to protect her, if that's the entire reason he got killed.

Great piece of DLC. Only thing I didn't like was not being able to bring in my LI as a third. It would have been nice to see my Shepard walking in with Miranda.
that would have been sweet:D

her little pick up lines were cool
"looking for the coolest companions of the galaxy, maybe something small, agile and japanese would suit your needs"
then the loyalty mission itself was also pretty cool. ok, i would have liked it better if you actually had to riddle yourself through a bit more but the game system itself is maybe unfitting for that.
kasumis room with the bar is also just cool
regarding kasumi herself, i like her and would love to see a return in ME3. in combat her phasing in and out of stealth is cool (ok you dont know where she is half the time but still
the end-fight against the gunship, well the part where kasumi suddenly does the...super-agility-stunt she reminded me so much of faith connors from mirrors edge.
her story would be a cool idea for a more jump&run oriented spin off game in the ME universe
overall i liked it very much

I liked the DLC overall, took a bit of time to download it though. One of my favorite parts was when Shepard and Kasumi were looking around the guy's room.
Shepard: "Aha!"
Kasumi: "Did you find any DNA?"
Shepard: "Nope, but I found a credit chit in the guy's sofa."

Oh yeah, I loved that moment, told myself to mention it on here and then forgot. Thanks for reminding me. Just great:lol:

I wonder what Kasumi would say about Miranda, lol.
She says something about how Miranda is working with a smile on her face, and how nice it is.

I guess for the hopelessly single (loyal) she just offers you a drink then. Rough times.

So, is there a recruitment mission and a loyalty quest, or is it like Zaeed where you just pick her up and she tells you right then and there about her unfinished business?
Has there been any determination as to how recruiting her affects Horizon? I think it automatically triggers once you have 4 recruits (minus Jacob and Miranda).
You're fighting mainly Eclipse in this, right? (They do like their mechs and combat drones).

He did sometimes, which made me think that it's Donnelly's voice actor, but other times I caught French, Australian, and... I don't know what else.

I didn't get that at all. Sounded Australian to me, maybe New Zeland?
Definately not Irish.

Yup. South African...mixed with something unidentifiable (to my ears).
-edit.
My thoughts on the DLC? Way too short. 45 minutes on insanity at an extremely leisurely pace. I know it's in Bioware's best interests to overestimate playtime, but come on. They said an hour and a half? I don't see how that's possible unless the player is handicapped, mentally or otherwise. Another Return to Ostagar, in this sense, I'm afraid.
Worth 7 dollars? Probably not. Do I really mind? No, as it's not a great deal of money, and I'm sure this is the sentiment they're banking on (people thinking, "Whatever, it isn't much anyway.")

South African is getting closer to, but it's still not consistent enough. I'd love to hear from the source what they were going for there.
