In the Silverite Mine I finished the area quests except for the 'Last Wishes" quest so I went back but now I cannot get my party past the second stair way that leads to the main tunnels, won't let me pass, I do get down the initial spiral stairway with no problems, anyone having the same problem? I know theres bugs reported all over this expansion...

If you're talking about the doors of the hall where you fight the 2 "orange" drakes, then it's normal. They're closing when you enter to fight the drakes, and never reopen.

And the Wending Woods entrance doesn't allow you to reach the tunnels either...
